Advisory Board
John R. Clark, M.D. is a retired Neurosurgeon and a great benefactor. He is currently spending most of his time in Ethiopia as a consulting neurosurgeon, setting up clinics and training doctors. He has a great concern for youth and is excited about our program.
Noel C. Gill, Ph.D. is a licensed Psychologist for both Utah and Idaho, a State Designated Examiner, and listed with the National Register of Health Service Providers. He is also a Board Member of AMCAP. Dr. Gill received his B.S. in Zoology, his M.S. in Psychology at Utah State University, and his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 1970. Dr. Gill will serve as a Program Consultant, Trainer, on our screening committee, and on the Advisory Board.
Sparrow & Kunz, LLC, will serve as our Accounting and Business Management Consultant. The firm has been in business since 1976.
Todd Garbett, JD. is an Attorney in private practice as well as the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney. He will serve as our Legal Counsel.
